The weapons and vehicles are cool, but I also like the equipment offered to players like plastic explosives (with a separate wire and detonator, making it more difficult/realistic to use), a great number of different mines and trip wires, different backpacks. They offer an opportunity for ultra-realistic game play, and I love that. The maps are huge, but you can use only parts of them if you prefer that. It lets you build any type of game you want. Its neither needed to play on 1944 servers, nor is it compatible for multiplayer. Your Iron Fron Standalone game is pretty much useless atm, regarding Arma 3. Ive got the Iron Front: liberation 1944 standalone mod along with D DAY DLC and also vanilla ARMA 3.
